I'm thinking about moving to Canada to study cinema, but I’m overwhelmed by the choices. I need a place that’s practical and doesn’t just teach theory from books. Are there any schools that have strong connections to the actual film industry in cities like Vancouver or Toronto?

If you are heading to the West Coast, you should definitely check out Vancouver Film School. I took a production course there last year, and the hands-on experience was incredible.
